Terry Benzel’s work on Cybersecurity Experimentation of the Future (CEF) was featured on TechRepublic, a news and information-sharing site aimed at IT decision makers, on January 28.
CEF is a multi-year, community-driven study sponsored by the National Science Foundation and co-led by Benzel and colleagues at SRI International.
Benzel views the DETER Project, which she has championed for more than a decade, as one element in a burgeoning ecosystem of science-based capabilities and research. The CEF report distinguishes between cybersecurity practice and the synergistic need for reproducible methods, approaches and techniques.
