Brian Alan Nielsen, '08 (ISSM), his and wife Ginger, both welcomed a baby girl, Brooklyn Christine. She joins sisters Madelyn, Rosalyn, and Ashlyn.
Robert Schmidt (2000)   Robert Knecht Schmidt '00 (ENG), MS '01 (ENG) and his wife Fei Li, welcomed a son, Lucas William.

Mario Didonna (2011)
Mario Didonna, '11 (ENG) is married to Rosaly Consolacion.
Leslie Koehn Haughom (2011)
Leslie Koehn, ’11 (BSME) and Matthew Haughom, ’07 (BS CSCE), were married on July 22nd, 2017 at Devil’s Thumb Ranch in Colorado surrounded by friends (many of them Trojans) and family. Koehn and Haughom met at Mammoth Mountain while skiing with friends from USC.

Ron Maines, MS '77 (ISSM), has been awarded the 2019 FAA Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award which recognizes 50 years of exemplary aviation flight experience, distinguished professionalism and a steadfast commitment to aviation safety.

Travis Mendoza (2016)
Travis Reed Mendoza, '16 (AME), is spearheading a fundraising campaign targeted to English speakers to help economically support his community in a quaint Mexico town called La Peñita de Jaltemba that abuts the ocean in the state of Nayarit.
Edwin Siswanto (1996)   Edwin Siswanto, ’96 MBAMS (ISE) and his wife Anne, celebrated their daughter Kathleen’s acceptance into the University of Chicago MBA Booth Business School. Kathleen is a USC alum, and has been part of the Advisory Board at the University of South Florida Financial Technologies (USF FinTech) Program and Citigroup Investment Banking in San Francisco.

John Schwartz III (2018)
John (Trey) Schwartz III, 18 (ENG) and Serena Zheng, 18 (LAS), received their white coats in September at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City.
Avery McEvoy (2017)   Avery McEvoy, '17 BSCEE, is currently pursuing a master's degree in Atmosphere/Energy at Stanford University. She is expected to graduate in March of 2019.

Robert Mannon (1971)   Robert Bob W. Mannon, MS '61 (ENG), PHD '71 (ENG) of Santa Barbara, California has passed away on March 10, 2020, at the age of 92.
Robert A. Johnson (1960)   Robert A. Johnson, '60 (CEE), of Ironwood, MI passed away on April 23, 2020. Johnson was a SeaBee in WWII.
