Farewell Lisa, Hello Sharon

Lisa Moses will be leaving ISI on August 3, 2007 to fulfill a long- term dream of moving to Thailand.

After more than three decades at ISI, Lisa Moses retires as Human Resources Director, and Sharon Nealon comes aboard.

Moses (right) will be leaving ISI on August 3, 2007 to fulfill a long- term dream of moving to Thailand. “Lisa has been a key part of the heart and soul of ISI for 30 years, and has been HR director for more than 20 years of that,” said ISI executive director Herbert Schorr in making the announcement.

“We will sorely miss her as an individual, and for the capability and humanity she brought to everything she did. Please join me in wishing her well in her new adventure.”

Nealon has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Smith College and more 20 years of experience in human resources. She was most recently an Assistant Director of Human Resources at Harvard Law School, where she served for the past seven years.

She has extensive experience in higher education, environmental engineering, and financial services industries. Her background includes technical and professional recruitment, employee and labor relations, performance management, organizational development, EEO/Affirmative Action compliance, and compensation administration.

“I am very pleased that Sharon has joined the ISI staff,” Schorr said.
