Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee for professionals or $25 cancellation fee for students. Cancellations must be requested by submitting a written request via our online form on or before January 23rd, 2024. No refunds will be issued on requests received after this date, regardless of the situation.

Transfers are permitted one time only and the transfer request must be submitted within 48 hours before the start of the conference. To request a transfer the original registrant should submit a request  via our online form. All student attendees can only transfer their ticket to another student from their institution. USC Employees can only transfer their ticket to USC Employees and students, if a USC Employees transfers their ticket to a student they will not be refunded any price difference. For non-usc employees attendees you may transfer your registration to a colleague from the same institution.
