The Partnership

USC Viterbi has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Kyushu Institue of Technology (KIT) in Japan, which represents the first step in initiating a series of academic collaborations between the two schools, including student exchange programs, joint research initiatives, faculty exchange visits and other educational partnerships.

Founded in 1915 by the Yaskawa Electric Corporation, Kyushu Institue of Technology University is one of the biggest national university in Japan, dedicated to education and research in the fields of science and technology.
