Abigail Horn, a Research Assistant Professor and Lead Scientist, explains how her drive to solve problems in nutrition, food systems, and chronic diseases led her to working with AI. She discusses how her interdisciplinary skills are something she’s learned to embrace, and what she imagines AI could do to help people improve their health. She shares how a recent development in her life has reshaped the way she thinks about how AI and humans learn. She explains why she’d tell AI to read the magical realism novel ‘The Master and the Margarita’ to better understand humans. Listen to her episode of AI/nsiders below.
